50 year old male lost over 200 lbs with diet and exercise presented for gynecomastia surgery. To give him the best possible outcome, I decide to do his surgery in two stages. First stage, VASER liposuction of his breasts and chest wall and removed 1800 cc of fat per side. At the second stage, I did a breast lift, skin excision to give him a masculine chest.
