Gynecomastia, VASER Hi Def Lipo of breasts and chest wall via stealth incisions*

21 year old male presented with significant gynecomastia for surgical correction. He had "feminine" type breasts with thick breast tissue. Underwent VASER Hi Def Lipo of his chest and breasts with removal of 500 cc of fat. The breast glands were removed via stealth incisions within the areola to give him a non- operated look to his male chest.
