Treatment of puffy nipples with VASER Hi Def Lipo and gland excision, no scars.*

18 year old presented with hard breast tissue under the nipples and some fat over the chest muscles. Underwent VASER Hi Def Lipo of the chest to reveal the pectoralis major muscle and breast tissue removal through an intra-areolar stealth incision. No sign of surgery! His very large areolas show significant natural shrinkage at one month postop without skin excision.
