21 yo presented for gynecomastia surgery. He did not like the excess fat and puffy nipples. He underwent VASER hi Def Lipo of gynecomastia and chest wall sculpting with gland tissue excision. All done through stealth incision giving him a natural chiseled chest without sign of surgery.
