40 year old female preop and 3 months postop VASER Hi Def Lipo 360 and a full Abdominoplasty. The patient desired a low Abdominoplasty incision, which most plastic surgeons do not do. A scarred belly button detracts even from a great Abdominoplasty, if the patient is self conscious about the scar and the pulled down location. An umbilicus floated too low or pulled too low gives an aesthetically poor result and creates an older looking abdomen. For most surgeons, a Abdominoplasty is the main operation with limited liposuction. I believe in three dimensional body rejuvenation or sculpting, and a Abdominoplasty is part of my Total Definer approach to body sculpting.
