VASER Hi Def Lipo 360, gynecomastia and chest wall sculpting and gland excision

41 yo male presented for body sculpting. He is an excellent candidate with good elastic skin and low BMI. The surgery was done via "stealth" incisions resulting in a natural non-operated look. These surgeries we do in our in office certified operating suite under deep intravenous sedation and NOT general anesthesia.
