Neoumbilicoplasty post TT*

33 year old female presented for body contouring. She was found to be a good candidate for VASER Hi Def Lipo 360 degrees and an abdominoplasty. I explained to her that I will remove her belly button completely and will "make" her one later under local anesthesia only. The butterfly umbilicoplasty is a newer technique which gives superior results over a transposed belly button with circular scarring, thick scars, shrinking and disappearing belly button opening, pulled down belly button to the lower abdominal wall which is the sign of an aged abdomen.
