41 year old male underwent VASER Hi Def (VHD) Lipo 360 degrees, with gynecomastia liposuction and gland excision with fat transfer to the upper pectoralis major muscles and deltoid muscles. Also, underwent upper arm sculpting to define the biceps, triceps and deltoids.

Had two failed atrtempts at sculpting at another office. These surgeries I do under deep intravenous sedation in our AAAASF certified operating suite.
