23 year old male with gynecomastia 2 months after VASER Hi Def Lipo of the gynecomastia and lateral chest wall with gland excision. The procedure was done via “stealth” incisions with no stigmata of surgery, especially in a non- hairy chest. Patient is very happy with his outcome.
